Took myself back off to the gym today. Not been since I discovered I was pregnant at 9 weeks. Felt now I was over the crucial 12 weeks stage (now 14 weeks) and sickness is over and done with, was feeling much livelier in myself of a morning (dead on my bum come the evening mind lol)
So. The gym were so so nice. 2 of the male instructors were fussing like mother hens, both been and researched even more on exercise during pregnancy (was impressed and touched). Naturally the fat burning and weights.... >>>>>>>>>>>> gone that way! Limited to 3 machines, bike, treadmil and x-trainer on zero resistance on them all. Anyway just like back in the good old days first thing I did was jump on those pesky scales...
Put a STONE on in 5 weeks! The first emotion was terror, then blind panic, followed by an urge to go straight home and have a shake! I know I am pregnant and I know I was always gonna gain as soon as I came out of Ketosis (sure I read somewhere up to 10lb -- or is that just wishful thinking I had read it??!)
I am NOT going to diet whilst pregnant. I will be making even more of an effort to eat sensible and at the same time not deny myself any cravings -- but the terror I felt this morning was a shock to me! Have said previously I like the 'no brainer' aspect of the CD, its easy, requires nothing to think about and it works.
Bugger lol! Ah well -- heres hoping for a 3 stone baby pmsl!!!! xxx
