Hi everyone, my name is Charlotte. I'm currently on my 6th day of Exante Total. Ive never joined a forum before, but every question I've asked Google has lead me here and you all seem like a very friendly and motivated bunch and I could do with some of that!
I have been finding it very hard with the 3 meals a day. I usually eat in the late afternoon then when I get home at 9.30/10pm and it seemed to work well for me. I have had extreme hunger pains yesterday and Saturday. And being on a day off seems to be worse!
I'm hoping to lose 3st all together but as much as possible by the end of July for my holiday.
Im hoping minimins will keep me on track as everyone is in the same boat! And I admire you all so much for doing so well. I would love to hear peoples tips and motivational techniques that have kept them going on a bad day
