Extra Easy Diet (My first time)

I know, but I never use the 15 up anyway to be fair... I'll try not to! The stew was so nice didn't even think about the syns haha!

I do see now, that's a good way to look at it!

I was up at 5:45 today for gym this morning, I'm gonna be dying at work today! xx
 
Had a very good weekend I think!

Saturday:

Brunch:
Apple, kiwi, grapes, rasberries, strabwerries, blueberries, blackberries (super free)
Low fat supernoodles (free)

Dinner:
Home made burger (free) with wholemeal bun (HeX B) and light cheese melted (HEx A)
Home made chips (free)
Salad (free)

5 syns (tomatoe ketchup and mayo)



Sunday:
2 Weetabix (HEx B)
350 ml skimmed milk (HeX A)
rasberries and banana (free)

Apple, pineapple, kiwi and apple

Dinner:
Left over stew, containing carrots, onions, beef, pearl barley and oxos and potatoes! (Few syns using Schwartz)

Snacks:
raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.
& muller light!
 
Yesterday:
HeX A - 350 ml Skimmed milk
HeX B - 2 weetabix
with rasberries, blackberries and banana (super free)

Lunch:
Chicken salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomatoes superfree)
1 Pret salmon pot (1 syn)
kiwi, pineapple, grapes

I also had 1 mini macaroon (thinking there about 2 syns)

Dinner:
2 bits of cod (free)
vegetables - carrots, brocolli (super free)
rice (free)
salad - lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomatoe (super free)
with light Mayo (2 syns)

Syns - 5
 
Get weighed tonight, if I do well i'm going to treat myself to a 6.5 synned Nandos!

Yday:

HeX A: 350 ml Milk
HeX B: 2 Weetabix
with raspberries, blackberries & banana (super free)
4 sweetners

Lunch:
Jacket potatoe (free)
Beans (free)
Onions (super free)

Snack:
Minstrels 10.5
Hoison duck sushi (tesco) 1.5

Dinner:
Quorn mince (free)
with rice (free)
blackberries (superfree)

Didn't have many superfree food yesterday and no meat apart from the duck in the sushi?! Don't know how well that will go down!

Syns: 12!
 
I lost 2 pounds last night, so in total 3 weeks I've lost 6 and half pounds - which I'm proud of!

Yesterday
Breakfast:
HeX A: 350 ml skimmed milk

with banana, raspberries, blackberries (superfree)

Lunch:
Tomatoes, cucumber (superfree) and batchelor super noodes low fat (free)

Snack:
Milky way bar (5 syns)

Dinner:
Jacket Potatoe (free)
Tuna with lighter than light mayo (free and 1 syn)
Green beans, peas, carrots, sweetcorn (free and superfree)
Lighter than light mayo (2 and half syns)

Drinks - low calorie squash!

Syns = 8.5 syns

I am to be honest with you and I'm not going hungry either! I couldn't get my head round extra easy at first, but I'm pretty much getting used to it now, just makes things alot easier!

Going to treat myself to a 6.5 syn nandos tonight :)

Ahhh I need some motivation! I went on a weekend away to Liverpool and didn't control any of my eating habits, I had Maccy Ds, Nandos etc... and now I need to get back on this diet!!

I done well yesterday but today I've had a creme egg, milky way and 1 lindor (I dread to think how many syns that is) and I'm going round my boyfriends tonight and their having chinese!!!!! I've took a holiday for Wednesdays class so hopefully I'll lose something next week!

Does anyone have weeks like this?!!!! ahhhhh!
 
Course we've all been there it's hard because you still need to have a life! I was really bad last week for a few days my gran came to visit so we ended up out for coffee and cake then went out for her fave fish and chips, can't take my own salad and tbh I didn't want to you have to let go and treat yourself every now and then your only human

with peppers, onions, mushrooms (superfree)
Rice (free)

Haven't been on this for a while but I have lost 12.5 pounds so far :)

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix (HeX B) with rasberries and banana (free)

Snack:
Grapes

Lunch:
Tuna & prawn salad (free):
Cucumber, tomatoes, mushroom, lettuce, onion.
Mayo (1 syn)

Snack:
Grapes
2 minstrels (not sure how many syns that is will count as 1 syn as there are 10 in a pack!

Dinner:
Loads of VEG! Peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomaotes (in the oven delicious)
with some salmon!

I had a lot of syns the weekend so thats why I haven't had alot today!

I do have a question if I am on a green day do I have to have super free foods with my dinner?

I have had weetabix, milk with bananas and rasberries

Lunch: jacket potatoe, beans, mushrooms and onions with fruit

and dinner I'm having home made chips, mushy peas and egg? Do you think this matters ALOT? I'm worried wah! I get weigh tomorrow x

...I have lost 13.5 pounds need that half a pound off asap!

Can anyone give me some tips for losing a bit more weight? How to shift it faster?
I am proud of nearly losing my stone, but my friends lost in about a month I lost in 2!?
