Ok so. I have lost weight for all the three weeks I have been doing slimming world which is fab and I'm loving it.
But now I am in that 3rd week I have noticed I am getting a bit cheeky with my syns.
In the first week I made sure I never went over 8 - 10 syns, tried to save them for my cheat day so I didn't feel so guilty.
But now I notice myself clocking up my 15 syns a day with naughty chocolate treats. I can't get through the day without chocolate, it's just impossible. But by the end of the day I feel so heavy and fat. I am not feeling body positive like I have done for the past couple of weeks
I feel like a complete failure even though I am not going over or anything.
I think my body is telling itself that I cannot eat all this food that I do and still loose weight..
Help me!
