Hey, food is looking really good. I like diaries which also take food pictures as I find it a good inspiration! Also dabble between EE/RED/GREEN days so some good meal ideas, thanks! x

Thank you. I take pictures so when I am stuck for ideas look through again. Also when I am feeling down, look back to see what I have been eating.

At the moment I am down as have been following the plan 95% for 4 weeks and instead of losing, I have gained a couple of pounds. A couple of friends think that it is all muscle weight as I have been doing a lot of physical work every day non-stop. Hopefully when I finish this then I can see a good loss. Think similar sort of thing happened a couple of years ago when I started the plan. Just have to wait an see.

You've done really well losing 1/2 stone. well done.

Had a couple off-plan days as no matter how hard I try I keep gaining rather than losing. Well I am back on it again now.

Monday 22nd September 2014 - Red

Went off the rails for a couple of days. Saturday was fine until evening - had my meal and then french bread & butter (loads) and trifle. Then Sunday managed to eat well until I went to friends, had roast lamb with roasties (deep fried) and veg (no butter), rice pudding and when I came home ate loads of spice & honey loaf & butter. Back on it for definite today.

Hey, food is looking good but I think you may need to check your healthy extra b's, unless you're using tweaks? Not an expert but some of the threads on here may help. Could explain the gain if not classified as a healthy extra b, such as french stick? x

I was just about to come in and suggest the same thing. If you're not measuring or tweaking your HEXBs then that would be the first thing I'd look at! :)

Appreciate your comments. HEXBs are not the issue. French bread is a one off tweak.
My losses are very slow normally. However, it is fueled by me doing a lot of physical work in hot sun and not drinking enough water. From today, I have increased my water intake and reduced physical activities.

I am fine thank you and finally making headways. planning to do what I used to do, have 2 meals a day. Late breakfast and then lunch/dinner around 5-6 o'clock and munch on fruits after that. Now that weather is getting cold it is easier as I can have soups and stews.
