Step 1 Sole Source First day today :/

Brought 2 pairs for jeans for summer 1s a size 14 and the other a 12 which look tiny and also a cute size 14 dress. Eek I will try my hardest to get into these!!!

Weigh in is Saturday.

Nice! I need to buy some 'goal' clothes. Thinking maybe on payday i will buy that size 10 dress.. it will take me a while to fit in it tho. I did however try on some trousers i bought feb last year that were a bit too small then. And they fitted perfectly today :)

Keep us updated when u get into the size 14s!!

Mine are usually on a wednesday evening when i get home from work.

Im on SS so just my 3 products a day. Xx

I'm on SS+ and think that's hard enough.
Yeah won't be in the shorts till about June I would of thought!
I'm really hungry today for some reason? Got roast turkey and veg for dinner so will hold out untill then!! X

Yea it is hard.. not that i get hungry i just miss physically eating. If it gets too bad i have some prawns or chicken.

Hey ladies!! Yeah been doing great think I've lost another inch from my waist :)

But mad the mistake of eating a mini pitta with my salad yesterday was suppose to have a roast but that got cancelled so whipped up a salad!
I dunno why I even ate it just out of habbit I suppose but will defo be more careful from now
On!! Mad how it makes u feel so guilty over such a small thing!!!

I wouldnt worry too much about it, carbs in a pitta arent that bad in comparison to bread, if anything you might retain a lil bit of water for a day or 2 but overall shouldnt impact on weight loss :)

Still going well here thanks, on day 17 of being 100% woohoo

Im at work till 5 today :( so another lunchtime sitting watching the girls have there yummy food. Ow well It will b so worth it! And believe it or not there all on diets lol!!!

Also some1 has left a wedge of applewood
Smoked cheese in our drinks fridge. :/ how
Mean so now every-time I open the fridge for a bottle of water I have a wooft of that! Lol
 
Hmm, I dont know. My target is to lose 3lb a week, but its been that time of the month, and that stops you losing as much as you should. Had a sneeky weigh in last night and looked like I had lost 2lb, so we will see. I tend to put on like 2lb during the day - think its all the water!


I'm naughty though, I shouldnt be weighing myself really. But i am just rubbish at waiting

Yea tell me about it, i have to do that every day with the work girls, and constantly being asked if we want to lunch out today. argh no leave me alone! haha

o really, they will soon think twice about what they are eating when they see you shrinking before their eyes!!

No the cheese ain't mine. One of the girls left it here last night :(

Yeah my scales have run out of batteries dunno if that's a good or bad thing! I'm also impatient and like to have a peak!

I'm hoping for a 4lb lose this week for my second weigh in. What did u lose in week 2?

I lost 5lb in my second week, which was more than my first week, i lost 4lb in my first week. But the week before i started i had that norovirus and probs lost a lot already from having the sickness bug, i didnt eat for a week! xx

My bf keeps telling me i should start doing some sit up and squats,, have you been doing light toning excercises? x
 
No as this is my second week I was told im not allowed but a soon as I'm in week 3 I'll be exercising 3 times a week.
Swimming is good for an all over workout and planks are good but hard.

I did use to go boot camp and got quiet fit from it but it finished for winter :(
 
O my consultant didnt mention anything about it. Yea might have to start doin some planks!

Well done on Ur 3lb loss!!!

Yeah day 14 done. Amazing how I've stuck to it really, normally by now on other diets I would of slipped up!

I Jus carnt wait for when I've lost my 1st stone will be sooo happy!!

So how much is Ur total weigh loss now?

Yeah Saturday eeeeek!!

Took my sister shopping today as she's pregnant to cheer her up! We had a nandos for dinner- chicken breast and a salad :/ not fun while she has chicken pitta, chips, hot wings :( then a cake from m&s!!!!!
Wernt to bothered about it was more excited about all the clothes shops I'll be going in when I've lost weight!!!!
