First timer on SW- doing EE

This was yesterdays menu. Forgot to put it on

B. Nimble bread (HEB), poached egg, lean bacon, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes

L. Jacket potato w/ beans, 40g r/f cheese and side salad

D. Thai curry w/ mangetout, babycorn, peppers, courgette and red onion, thai paste (3), and rice

S. Freddo (5)
 
Todays menu so far

B. Magic porridge w/ banana

L. Chicken stirfry w/ babycorn, red pepper, onion and courgette and noodles

D. Hunters chicken w/ 40g cheese and lean bacon wrapped over, sweet potato fries and peas
 
I put pics from time to time. I did tonight as my dinner was so yummy!! My diary is Sam the slimmer snowboarder :) xx
 
Back on it properly today

Day 1

Breakfast - banana, blueberries, 0% activia, 35g jordans natural muesli (HEXb)


Lunch - pasta w/ 20g rf cheddar (HEXa), ham, 2 tbsps el mayo (1 syn), sweetcorn, red onion, cucumber

Snack - grapes

Dinner - Chilli con carne (0.5 syns) (red onion, red pepper, tinned tomatoes, garlic, red chilli) w/ boiled rice

Snack - 2 squares of Mint Aero (2 syns)
100g light icecream (6.5)

3 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
 
Hi back again

Wanting to try again but still worried about portion sizes.

How much dried pasta or rice do u guys have for 1 portion? I was thinking 75g but this might not be too much
 
I go for 75g per portion as that is what I always did when doing Rosemary Conley and I find it is about right to fill me up
