Fit and healthy by July

Please please don't feel like a failure because you're not and thinking that way will only make you feel worse, likely eat more and less likely to succeed. You've done your best on that day and if it didn't work then you try again - I've just done a stint of 60+ days! then had 4 planned days and am now on day 5 of TS.....however in the past I've also given up on day one or two. One thing I can say though is if you go into this diet with a downer on yourself then I do believe you're less likely to succeed.

give yourself a break for this evening, tell yourself how good you are and how you are worth the time and effort of this diet and go for it again tomorrow - it's a whole new day xxx
 
Totally agree with Katie! You can't be so hard on yourself, pick yourself back up and start again tomorrow! Keep fighting and whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE IN!!
