Food Diaries - help me stay on track!

Hi guys :)

I've decided I need to be accountable to someone if I'm going to succeed so I'm hoping you can all become my group until I find a local one! I'm following EE as I remember it but some things might have changed a bit since summer!

Breakfast - Strawberries and mango chunks with 1tbsp Chia seeds (5 syns I think?)

Lunch - Prawn and smoked salmon salad with mango, coriander, red onion and boiled new potatoes. 1 x wholemeal bread roll as HexB. Tossed the potatoes in about 1tsp of low fat spread so added 2 syns.

Dinner - Pasta Carbonara made with HexA light soft cheese, bacon, mushrooms and onions.
