Food diary - mainly red days

Thursday 9th feb
Back on red as normal!

8 - alpen light x 2 (b). Banana (green tea)
12 - whlml x 3 (b & 3 syns) salmon
Mullerlight, 2 seafood sticks
Skips (4 syns)
3 - kiwi & pineapple
4.30 seafood sticks x 6
7.30 m&s chunky steak, sprouts, cauliflower
Pineapple
8.30 green tea
10 Ww choc mini roll (4 syns)

Syns - 11, hexa - 1, hexb -2

Feeling every bloated after the carb feat yesterday, back to normal here on in!
 
Friday 10th (feb late shift)

9 - green tea
10 - 2 x alpen light (b) banana
12 - whlml x 3 (3 syns & b)
Wafer ham, lettuce, LCL x 3
Skips (4 syns)
Mullerlight, pineapple
5 - 8 x seafood sticks
7 - m&s chunky steak, sprouts, cauli
10 - black grapes

Ww choc Swiss roll

Saturday 11th - pre planned naughty day completely off plan!!!!!

10 - Chicken omelette
1 - scampi & chips & cheesy garlic bread
(pub lunch!)
4pm onwards......
Approx 8 pints on Amstel
Rather ratted at this point so decided to attempt a cheeseburger - far too late should've eaten before I had the beer as ended up throwing it all back up! Oops
Probably should have accounted for not having drank since December and drank less after lining my stomach.
Oh well!

Ironically Sunday morning I weighed less than the previous day!
 
Sunday 12th February - back to best behaviour!
Enjoyed my day off plan yesterday was worth it but won't be repeating it for a while ;)

1.30 pm - bacon medallions, poached egg
2 x whlml toasted with better than butter sprayed on the toast (B)

4pm - seafood sticks x 4

6pm - SW KFC & lettuce (2 whlml - B)
 
Monday 13th Feb

7.30 bran flakes (B) s sk milk (A)
12 chicken & mushroom omelette
Mullerlight
4 banana
7 m&s chunky steak, sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli
*green tea*
9pm Ww caramel wafer biscuit (4 syns )
Skips (4 syns)

Hexa 1, hexb 1

Somehow still managed a pound off even after the naughty weekend and Chinese buffet in the week - maybe due to all the fish I ate otherwise? Going to eat a lot of fish this week to see if it speeds things up
 
Tuesday 14th February

Didn't feel hungry really was using syns for the sake of it to have some late on - unusually wasn't actually hungry!
 
Saturday

3 - Youngs cod in parsley sauce (1.5 syn)
7 - whlml pitta (b) shredded lettuce
2 melting burgers made using ex lean mince with 28g cheddar in middle as hexa
9 - Ww caramel wafer bar. (4 syn)
10 - Ww crinkle crisps (4 syn)

Syns - 9.5, hexb - 2, hexa x 1

Very impressed with the melting burgers will be making those again!
 
Sunday

Will be having a 4 syn treat later (prob Ww caramel wafer as they're a current favourite!) would rather not have had carbs again at lunch but have been shopping in Chester for the day then for a walk down the river so had limited options which I could take with me
Pleased to find some of the famous scan bran in holland and Barrett - going to have some daily for the next week to see how if affects losses

WI tomorrow - currently 13 lb down, hoping its over a stone by the morning as I treated myself to new shoes today to celebrate! ;)

So do you do only red days? I'm having a crack at 3 red days this week and hoping that the mix up will shock my body into some weight loss :)

Just a few to keep me going cheap & cheerful primark ones so I feel like I have had a treat! Didn't want to buy any clothes until I can buy smaller, am normally a trainer girl other than at work so I definately do not have enough ;)

WI - 1 pound off this morning which means ....... First stone off at last!

This is a point I often get up with diets do pleased i'm still feeling motivated!

Feel as though I'm over the quitting smoking debacle enough now to add in going back to the gym to the mix! (hoping the weather is ok this weekend so I can ease back into it by getting the mountain bike out for a good 25 mile - has been far too long)

Inches lost so far - 8!
2 inches off waist
3 inches off hips
1 inch off chest
2 inches off back
1 inch off calves

No change as yet arm & thigh inches - hopefully soon though! Must keep going ;)

Yes only do red as I feel really bloated and tired quickly after too many carbs - plus they make my appetite never ending! Eat much closer to a normal persons portion of food on red only ;)

Fry lite egg
Milk in coffee (a)

Snack - 3 Ww Belgian choc eclairs (top layer removed as don't like (12 syns? Maybe less due to loss of top layer)

Syns - 12?
Hexa - 2, hexb - 2
 
Doing red days now for the next 3 days - wish me luck!! Have them completely planned out from the weekend so I can't go wrong in theory :)
And how can you not like the chocolate on the eclairs?! It's what makes them!! Xx

Cocked up already actually. Made humus to go with the courgette fritters for lunch totally forgetting it would have to be synned. Damn. :D xx
