batchelors super noodles (98% Fat Free) are good to snack on and take minutes to prepare. You can buy them in packs or they've brought new pots out now, think they're called "Super Noodles To Go" But make sure you get the 98% F.F. variety - cos the "normal" ones are syns. For a more substantial snack - I add a tin of sweetcorn and/or peas.
Pasta n sauces are free - but cheese and broc flavour (and a few others) require milk in which case you would need to use your H.E. Think they do a basil and tomato which just requires hot water, Laura, xx
P.S have you tried making the Free slimming world crisps using lasagne sheets?? They are also good for snacking on. I'll post recipe on how to make them if you dont know it, x
