iv just made the cous cous cake and if i count it as free then its 2.5syns as i added a little chocolate.
now i thought it would last me a few days.but iv eaten 3/4 of it now hehe.and it really hit the spot.
but now reading that it could be high in syns im slightly worried.im desperate to lose this week and iv been so good.
now in the book it says if its ground as flour its 5 syns per 28g so the cake would be like over 20 syns!
but i didnt ground it as flour.i just cooked it as normal.so im slightly confused.i know there was a post on this before but i couldnt find it.
so do i count it as iv gone way over my syns or just as a nice 2.5syn snack that took me to my limit of 5syns a day?
