Well after loosing 20lb last year I have crept up and up and up to now only loosing 9lb...so as from today I have accepted this is a new start..... please help me along the way guys... I need your help big time....I have even downloaded the minimins app on my phone...im desperate to lose weight and stay healthy... I feel like this is my last try at this!
