Wow thats amazing..how are you finding it ?i aim to do 8 weeks
 
Im finding it ok, a big struggle sometimes. i have only told my mum and sister about it, i find the hardest thing about it all is lying to people. But the people i know wouldnt want me to do it. I get food cravings now and again, the first 3 weeks was terrible. I would think about food alot, and dream about it. Luckily that has passed, people eat in front of me all the time, i dont mind. I never thought i had willpower, i have proved myself wrong :D
 
Its crazy how much food is involved in our lives then you start LT and realise it shouldnt be.must of been a hard choice not to tell your friends but i agree, my skinnyminny friends think its not good.hope i get to have this willpower like you as i felt like ive locked myself up for the past 2 weeks away from socialising so im not around alcohol or food.yeah i think we are all alot stronger than we think :)
 
I think we have to train our brains. i was driving my family to our nearest town today, they said, oh lets have a mcdonalds. I drove through, ordered the food, i paid for it! I sat in the car while they ate it, watched them eating it and thought, gosh all that money for that! whats the point! i don't need or want it. was talking to myself all the way through the meal. I was so proud of myself and little victories like that make a massive difference on confidence. Talking of confidence, going swimming in my local pool this Thursday eeeeek!!! Got a swimdress last week, but still feel very uncomfortable in it, and thats just at home! what will i be like around public swimming pools.... we will see! That will be another little victory for me to enjoy.

Well had my weigh in today, 5lbs for me. last weigh in was Friday two weeks ago, so happy with that loss. In a good place right now, really motivated now to get to my goal!! Plan on being on this for another 4 weeks and then trying Maintenance. If that doesn't work, will go back on Lipo for a couple more weeks. Really working on making sure my maintenance plan works and I keep off the weight this time.
Starting to see a big difference now in my body, so happy and in a good place, hope you are all in the same frame of mind this Monday Morning!!!

Thank you all for your kind words. New york, thats a great loss! Wow! I have to say, today has been my best day in 7 weeks. I feel amazing, full of energy and enthusiasm (however you spell it!)
Rachael, your predictive text makes me laugh, im assuming that in your earlier post, you mean trucks delivering food, hopefully not drunks!! Lol
 
Just reading how well you guys are doing. It helps knowing it all pays off. I have just finished day five and still think about food. Weigh in on Thursday, fingers crossed. Definitely inspired !!
 
Good luck for thursday Alykent, the first week should be a good loss and will give you the motivation to carry on.
 
Ive just had a sneaky weigh, i think it will be 3lbs tomorrow, if its less i dont mind because last week was a total shocker. Its bound to be a low amount this week to bring me back to earth haha. Hope you do well tomorrow Rachael. You should start writing your losses in your signature, everytime you post you see it and it really makes you like wow, that's me! Ive done that! lol
