Just had my weigh in today lost 3lb:D but don't think i can count that as not the 1st till thursday:cry: but my last weigh in is 28/7 so will check again on 1st if i haven't got my 9lbs giving me 41/2weeks. bring it on:)

I'm looking forward to this challenge this month - I get my sister's Wii for a week as she's going on holiday for a week so am hoping that week that I will have a really good loss.

Going for 12 this time. I know I managed the 14 last time but I only have 2 1/2 st to go to target so I am not expecting that sort of loss to be a sustainable long term regularity. I am however going to seriously up my exercise this month. If I can make 14 then great, but 12 is going to be pushing it I reckon so I shall go for that and work hard.

My first weigh in for this challenge and I had a loss of 3lb. I am really going to try and perform better on this challenge than the last one. Should be easier I hope, no more birthdays for a while :).

Just updating my exercise - have changed it rather than doing the exercise DVD (which has a lovely layer of dust on it until I next clean) to doing 7000 steps at least 3 times a week.

After the rubbish week I've had getting back in touch with SW - am glad to say I'VE LOST 1LB!! Its not the figure I was hoping for but "every little helps"

Woohoo first weigh in and i've lost 5lbs :clap:

Was a bit worried as had an up and down first week after losing my dog but so chuffed this morning

Feeling focused and looking forward to being slimmer :jelous:
