Just had a pasta pot. The soup I made yesterday is not nice. So not too much choice in the house.... X
 
Struggling a bit today. Having a diet coke and a thin dairy milk I have been a walk so can spare the calories and I did actually think about what is best rather than binging. Yay all the little thubgs x
 
Got to the end of the day! Had a lovely gammon steak for dinner :) yummy tasty. X
 
Your doing great I do find around 4ish I'm starving especially if I done a lot of exercise so often need a few extra cals, hope you enjoy your gammon xx

Haven't had gammon for ages! It was really nice. Just about to have something yummy with my cuppa :) x
 
Well done for making it through the day, I was the exact same feeling really peckish all day long. Just about to brush my teeth to draw a line under my mint Choc aero Christmas tree treat!

Just posted this elsewhere but need to keep it in mind as a reminder that the scales are only a small matter of what I'm aiming for - not that I'm aiming for that lol no chance but def toning as much as possible x

I know, I do too! So unmotivated! Trying to squeeze in walking where u can with my girls but need to start running. Once the days become longer again it will b easier. I should do the shred but so not inclined.....

I lost 10lbs this week :) ok its mostly likely all water and food weight but I'll take it! Takes me to below Christmas weight :) just need to keep it off and I have three night shifts this week and they are always difficult for me :-/

planning is the key! I have made lentil soup, have got a pre packed meal of Cumberland pie which I don't usual use but sorting out my eating at work is more important just now as I snack on toast and biscuits and cakes all night! And anyway takeaways on top of that! And I have oats I can use too if I really need to. Would rather fill up on food rather than snack all night. That's just tonights plan lol got two together ay weekend :-/ and they are really hard! But will sort that out at time. Tackle each taste I get to it....

Feel quite motivated (food wise anyway) so hopefully that helps x
 
Thanks all. It has motivated me I will b honest. Yesterday I was thinking if I have a good loss I will have a treat tomorrow, I knew my sister in law wanted to bake and she was coming here I suppose I was looking for an excuse lol but that huge number has made me not want to lose it lol I dunno if it will all stay off or not this week but I'm trying my hardest to keep it off. Instead of baking and eating my sil n I went a walk! We have talked about it a lot but havwnt done it this far lol

My only concern is I start my scale hopping again to see if it is foning back. I had stopped this.

Also, what's the verdict on eating back calories? I've done a lot of walking today and am gonna be at work tonight - nurse in care home. I never know if I should increase calories or not? X
 
I alway eat back the excercise cals at the beginning it gives you some thing to cut back when the weight loss slows down
