Ooh thank you! I've been over synning it for about 3 weeks! Better to have over synned than under though ;)

Lol, I'm being super organised with my food at the minute, not always the case, but trying keep motivated by trying new recipes :)
 
Day 4, week 3

Am: alpen lights (hex), yog
Pm: smoked salmon, scrambled egg (1.5 milk), cucumber, plum. SW chicken Kiev's, SW chips, carrots, cheese snack (hea)

Syns: options (2.0), milk in coffee (3.0)

Total syns: 6.5

Day 5, week 3

AM: fruit
PM: Petit pain (hex) smoked salmon, fruit, yogurt.
Salad with black barley and king prawns, fruit.

Hea: skim milk in coffee.

Syns: 2 gin and slimline t s (6.0), segment choc orange x2 (5.0)

Total syns: 11.0

Plan:

AM: yogurt, 2 alpen lights (hex)
PM: smoked salmon and scrambled egg, salad.
Steak, baked pot, salad and mozzarella (hea).

Day 7, week 3

This is not a good day for planning, have kids birthday party this am and lunchtime. Plan: take 2 alpen light bars and some diet coke in bag!

Am: yogurt
Pm: 2 alpen lights (hex), salad with seafood sticks, crisps (6.5), carrots and cucumber sticks, 1 tsp houmous (1.0), spicy chicken with peppers, white cabbage, onions, grated low fat cheese (hea) and rice, yogurt.

Other Syns: milk in coffee (3.0), options (2.0)

Thanks, it was. Today's plan:

Day 2, week 4

AM: yogurt, few crab sticks (hungry morning)
PM: 2 ryvita fruit crunch with manchego (B and A), salad.
Ainsley's rice (2.0), salad and salmon fillet marinaded in sweet chilli - can't find syn value so I'm guessing at 1.0 as its just a marinade not a sauce, and the ingredients say sugar in the marinade (1.0) - it's from Lidl if anyone has a directory handy ;)
Syns: milk (3.0), options (2.0), rice (2.0) and salmon marinade (1.0)

Total: 8.0

Homemade spag bol with quorn mince, raspberries and yogurt.
