Hi, is anyone able to tell me please how many Syns are in the Co-op salmon salads please.. see picture... also if anyone does work it out for me, would u let me know how you did it lol - oh and why I am being needy.. so you know if you can save syns up during the week, for a 'bad eating night out'?
