Iv been a lurker on cc board as i was following weight watchers but decided to change to cc.Iv hit a rut with ww,i would lose a pound then gain it back again.I was strict about tracking and have been doing 30 day shred aswell as walking more but its kind of soul destroying knowing im doing everything right and still not really losing.
Iv been using mfp app for a while and love it.Does anyone know if it automatically change your calories as you lose weight? And do you all just go with the calories it sets you?
Iv got around 5st to lose (Eeek) going with that as a baseline as i start to look gaunt when get to a size 14, but maybe change goal once i get there
