A little experiment that worked well so thought I'd share.....
Cook 2 weightwatchers sausages (obviously can use quorn sausages if prefer / vegetarian).
Make up the porridge pack to make a pancake - using an egg and a splash of milk (or water).
Make the pancake and cut in half (2 semi circles) and put a sausage in each half and roll!
I added some onions cooked in fry light and a very tiny naughty drizzle of ketchup - but obviously that is not on plan!
Was yummy and very very filling!!!
