How much water?

I think on a diet it should be more than usual especially if you are exercising. Xx
 
This is one of the things I'm looking to improve on in 2015, it's actually one of my new year resolutions... I rely on diet drinks way too much which is really bad. My skin is super bad too which I'm putting down to that. Going to drink nothing but water and limit myself to one diet drink a week x
