I'm here because I am sick of losing and gaining the same 5kg. This year I will LOSE those kilos! And the rest! And never see them again!
I'm on day 8 of a VLCD (optifast). So far it has been ok. My biggest problem is missing cheese... oh cheese... Everytime I am cooking with it for the boyfriend, some of it tries to LEAP into my mouth.
My dad lost heaps of weight with optifast a few years ago, so I know it works. I just need to keep going. Everytime I feel bored or snack-y (danger time!) I read some of the stories on here. I'm amazed at the willpower and success of so many people. So no more excuses, this is IT.
The ultimate goal is to be midrange in my BMI for my 30th birthday in October. I'm not wasting anymore time being overweight.
