Got the hump cos of a STS so had lots of bad food, not gonna total it up, just gonna draw a line, but it went something like this:-

Made cakes/cookies for tomorrow - licked the bowl and had one cookie.

Pack of Alphabet candy sweets

DD3's 1st Birthday today so will be having a piece of cake this evening. Gonna have lots of SS food today to perhaps make up for last night. Scales this morning show a 5 pound loss - cant believe this can be right though - need new scales.

Cauliflower, brocoli, carrots, Smoked haddock, mixed in with 2 x Pasta N sauce Mac cheese (2) 100ml SS Milk (a)

Weigh in: Scales 14.5. - 5 pound loss. Wii 14.10 - sts. Wii normally 3 pounds more than scales. Will weigh in again friday when i get my new scales.
(scales are seriously ill and dont think they are accurate anyway - buying some more on friday)

Creole Jambalaya - one pot wonders book - based on it, kinda kept adding stuff
1 red & 1 yellow pepper, red and white onion, rice, 1/3 pack Quorn Pieces, 3 Meat free sausages, lazy chilli, lazy garlic, parika, pepper. 684ml veg stock cube. Bring all to boil, simmer for 15 mins - done!
This was DELICIOUS and i came back for seconds and thirds! - Unusual cos i dont like quorn??
