I have started jogging every day. For weight loss toning and fitness. I am really getting into it and enjoying it.
I am after tips on keeping going in snow and ice?
I have heard its on the way and i really dont want to have to stop. Im worried about slipping in ice.
Is there anything you do to help keep it up? Or any good products / grips etc. Any help would be appreciated
