I thought it would be fun to make up an 'introduction' type quiz. Where you can answer some questions about yourself, weight loss, etc an icebreaker for newbies (and old'bies if they're interested lol)
Just answer the following questions in as much or little detail as you want. Copy and paste the questions with the answers into your reply... if you feel like adding more questions then by all means do

3. What is your occupation (or students what do you study?)
4. What diet are you on right now?
5. How much do you weigh?
6. How much weight do you hope to lose?
7. What is your favourite diet recipe/diet food?
8. What do you find hardest about dieting?
9. What does 'losing weight' mean to you?
10. Tell us one interesting/fun fact about yourself?
