Hey guys,
Well I had my 2nd WI today and lost 5.5lb making a total of 16.5 in the last two weeks. It's not that this is a paltry amount or anything (over a stone- whoop!) but I can't help comparing it to my first time around (17lbs in the first week and 8 in the second!) Given that I weighed LESS than I do now I'm pretty unclear how I can be 8.5 less than the first time around... unless your body learns what you're doing and holds on to it? :sigh: I'm just interested to know if other people who are on it for a 2nd time are finding their losses to be slower than the first time around? It's a bit demoralising to compare it with last time and I know I still need to hold onto the success of losing over a stone, it's just a bit tough
