Food for today:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA) and frozen sumer berries (defrosted)

Snack: 2 Alpe Bars (HEB)

Lunch: Batchelors golden rice and tin asda chilli beans (1 syn) and salad

Tea: Texco Mexican Beanburger (5.5 syns), SW wedges and Beans

Desert: really naughty bit - millionaire shortbread thingy - no idea of syns :D:eek::confused:

It was only a small ish one, not like the giant slices you get in the bakers, about half of that. Other half brought them home and I could not resist lol.

Yes, I'm just sitting trying to plan three red days (mon to wed) before weigh in. Hoping that I will be able to lose at least 1lb to get me to my first stone :)
 
I don't know why but I'm struggling to make sure I've got that 3rd super free.
 
Just make a list of all the sf you like. Then plan meals around them

I love broccoli too. But I love everything!!! (exceptions are mushrooms, celery and celeriac)

Well I've got three red days planned and 2 EE days, it's lunch times I'm finding difficult cause I usually have one if those batchelors rice things.

I've not had celeriac, what's it like. I am quite fussy with dodgy tasting stuff and really dislike tomatoes but can eat chopped ones if they are cooked like in bolognese.
