I read somewhere on here that you can have a weight watchers pitta as a hex B. So a kebab isn't too bad if you get the tray of meat and a plain salad then take it home and eat with your WW pitta.

I love them, although I've not had them in ages. I'm going to have to get some soon and make some of my old favourites again. They're very versatile I think.
I used to love a bacon, mushroom and cheese pitta for a "treat" weekend breakfast. I'd grill the bacon and mushrooms before stuffing them in the pitta with my HExA cheese and grilling until the cheesy became all melty and gooey. So nice!!
They're also good for a pizza base. I slice it in half (so that you have two ovals) and top with tomato puree, any toppings you like and Healthy Extra cheese. Then just pop in the oven for about 10-12mins - two Syn-free pizza slices!
If you get the chicken kebabs that are grilled on skewers over an open fire, there shouldn't be too many syns. Ask them what they marinate them in and request no extra oil when they grill them. Skip the pita bread. Pile on the salad. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do... sometimes.
