Saturdays menu


Breakfast - oatbran porridge, rhubarb and yogurt

Snack - pear

Lunch - burgers and salad and mushrooms with mustard 0%

Tea - bacon and eggs and mushrooms

'Extras' - half bottle of Chardonnay, 5 x vodka and diet cokes, copious soda waters (yes, me and my friend got drunk so easily and we were so worried cos we hadn't drunk for so long we had about 6 glasses of it!)

Post drinking snack - 2 pieces of toast (not eaten that for 6 months- it wasn't as good as I was expecting though!)
 
It's the way forward- I saved my gala bread and cheese from Friday until about 3am Saturday morning then had Saturdays lot for lunch. Good for soaking up that drink!! X
 
Sundays menu


Breakfast - bacon and eggs

Lunch - can't recall (hungover but still on plan)

Tea - chicken curry and roasted BNS

Snack - yogurt, rhubarb and a pear


Mondays menu -

Oatbran porridge

Chicken and veg stir fry

Roast chicken, tomatoes and a pear

Yogurt with SF jelly

LOL at ur drunken post and photo! HAHA brill!! I am pleased to have picked up tips for soaking up vodka when in conso , its weird how when u have something u havent had like toast its a disappointment! The thought of it is always better ;/

Yeh, the vodka and sambuca (just remembered today that I had that!) was every bit as good as I remember. But NOTHING was as good as feeling confident and gorgeous on a night out! It's the first time in my life I've ever been slim and heathy so it was amazing!

Toast was ok- glad I didn't go for chips/pizza on way home!
 
Tuesdays menu

Beef stew and satsuma
1 sweetie (oooops)

Dukan muffin

Turkey bacon and eggs
Yogurt and SF jelly crystals

Slice of winter pie and custard (off plan treat)

Pear

STILL maintaining at 9 stone 7 after a night on the tiles!!!!

Thursday 13th Dec.

When I weighed myself this morning I was another lb lighter. I'm perfectly, perfectly happy at 9 stone 8. Today I was 9 stone 6 and to be honest I don't want to lose any more weight. So.....,

Breakfast - usual

Snack - muffin

Lunch - chicken fajita wrap with wee bit of mayo (delicious!!!!)
Treat - 2 mini Father Christmas chocs!

At uni - Starbucks skinny mocha (didn't like it actually!)

Tea - chicken and prawn stir fry
Pear

FFFF and SF jelly.

Bet you never thought you'd be in the fabulous position of thinking "I don't want to lose any more weight!" :D

Tea - bolognaise with swede chips and roasted BNS.

I have just been shopping for my (long overdue) winter coat. Size 10 duffle from Topshop (with a big jumper underneath) WELL CHUFFED!!!
 
Size 10 SKINNY MINNY!! whoop whoop love it such a great feeling of control and confidence well done x
