Breakfast

French toast 7pp

One medium egg beaten with salt pepper drop of skimmed milk. Soak two slices of multi-grain bread in egg mix and fry in fry light spray on a medium heat 6pp
Two low sodium bacon medallions grilled 1pp
When toast is done sprinkle with artificial sugar and serve hot

Lunch

Stuffed pitta 5pp

WW white pitta 3pp
Slice of Turkey 1pp
Slice of light cheese 1pp
Grilled veg 0pp
Fresh veg 0pp

Grilled veg mix - peppers, onions, mushrooms sprayed with fry light sprinkled with salt pepper and pinch of paprika

Dinner

Homemade chips 9pp
Grilled chicken breast 4pp


Chip 300g of potato and sprinkle with salt pepper and whatever seasoning of your choice. I went with Jamaican jerk.
Oven bake on middle shelf at 200C for about 20mins. Until golden and delicious 7pp

Made a garlic mayo as well. 2tbsp light mayo with 1 clove diced garlic and small bit of finely chopped parsley 2pp

Grilled veg left over from lunch reheated in oven for approx 15mins on medium heat 150C
