Let's post variations to shakes and soup here!

The blender really helps a lot. I did the first week on only a shaker. But I didn't like the consistency of the shakes. Much better consistency with a blender.
 
Defo. I only used bottled water thats been in the fridge, loads of ice and blend the sh*t out of it so theres loads of air in it and its nice and throthy. I actually look forward to my vanilla latte and mint chocky shake now! Sooo much nicer than plain old semi cold tap water and a shaker.
 
Started adding 5-6 drops of a smoky hot sauce to the soup tonight. It's doesn't taste spice-hot at all, but the subtle smokey flavor gives it a really nice flavour and breaks the soup tedium.


What are you all doing for variations on the soup?
 
Would love to add fresh cilantro/coriander to the soup, but afraid it would deter ketosis.

Does anyone know if we can add fresh herbs to the soup?
