It's just because I know I've said it before but you don't look your dress size, you look smaller :) so I wondered if you were tall. I'd never smile if photo's either lol. I'm 5'4" x
 
I'll join you ladies! Here's to looking good in April! I'm using a my fitness pal app to count the calories. I'm only a shorty, 5ft 1 and badly need to lose at least two stone. I'm gonna try and record all days..good or 'bad'

day one nearly done!

didnt have brekkie as was uber lazy gal, had sarnie and some crisps for lunch and am having a nommalicious roast dinner for tea. so im at about 1200 cals, prob less actually, for today :)

im not going to eat after tea for these 100 days as that defo helps the losses :)

i also forgot that my bday falls at around day 34 so i may go lo cal day before and day after and not go mad on the day, but if we go out for a meal i will order sensibly and not have 18 lemon meringue pies for afters :D xx

I had a banana and sons whey protein in milk for brekkie ..
I had roast lunch as my dad n sisters came fur new years day lunch ... I didn't eat any roast parsnip or potato .. Had chicken, chipolata, broccoli, carrot abd sprouts .. A splash if gravy .. Oh and 1 stuffing ball and a tbsp of bread sauce x
I dud finish with a teaspoon of Xmas pudd x
Gonna have Scottish oatcakes with a bit of chutney n cheese for supper x

I have had good day, porridge for breakfast, half cheese baguette for lunch, shepherds pie for tea. Snack wise I had 2 welsh cakes at seaside and a couple of short breead fingers. My net cals was 1200 ish after taking away cals earned from walking.

I think that not eating after dinner is good idea, going to try this.
Onwards and downwards!!(lbs)

where did you go? i used to live in broad haven so loved the beach. am 7 miles away now so dont get down there as much. its not as good as walking there! x
 
Not the best start for me so I'm going to join you for the next 100 days if that's ok?

Brekkie was smoked salmon, scrambled egg & bagel. Tea was bbq pulled pork in a bap ... It was the fruitcake for lunch and cheesecake for pud tonight wot spoilt it!

Back to work tomorrow so should find it much easier :)

I went to watch the swimmers at Amroth as my nearest beach. There was a group dressed as smurfs! If I meet my goals I plan to join dip next year!
