Hey :) just wondering what your losses have been like while cc? Im stuck in a Rut at the minute my losses have stopped no matter what I try, this is my first week cal counting but ive done it before. Either ur lucky or I'm very unlucky! I only have to have 2 maccies chkn nuggets and ive put 2lb on lol same with ww meals they seem to make me gain!!
Aswell I've noticed ur always under ur cals, if I dont reach my 1200 cals I dont lose, isn't it funny how different our bodys work!!!

I've only had 1 weight in so far and I lost 5 lbs, I do weight myself every day though and since that weigh in I've lost 3 more pound. Every time I've got weighed my weight has gone down. I noticed you've already lost quite a bit, so when I've lost that much I might not be able to eat the things I am eating now :)

Have you tried eating more than 1200 cals? Someone else I was talking to said they had stopped losing and they increased their cals and started losing again :)

Ahhh that's brill!! I weighed myself today and ive lost 0.6lb so far whoop de doo lol my WI is sat so not gonna be much difference!

Someone told me that too, I'm abit scared to try though :-/ I hate feeling like I'm over eating.

I think maybe after my WI sat I should try to go for maybe 1300-1400, can only try right, not like I'm going anywhere at the moment lol
