Fasting day today and weight was 9st 12lbs on the nose... Really aiming for single digit lbs xxx
 
Breakfast 1slice ww toast with 18g jam = 120kcals
Lunch 1 tin ww chicken noodle soup + 1 pk whisps = 150kcals
Tea homemade zero noodle soup with chicken n sweetcorn weighed =113kcals
Snack another pack of whisps = 99kcals


Total for day 483kcals plus tae bo twice!

Another successful day 8/30 challenge complete xxx
 
Non fasting day yesterday ended on 985kcals and fasting day today ended on 455kcals. Loving how easy this is! Thank heavens for ww tins soup though, especially in this awful weather! Xxx
 
9st 11.5lbs... This morning. After lasts week 1lb gain, it's a 1.5lb loss this week. Damn totm xxx
 
They aren't half! Lost between 7-8lbs since 24th August! Lol. Grrrr though fasting would kick start things... This is my 3rd week... Xxx
 
3 weeks is great, I've just started slimming world again but I will do the odd fast when I slip up and give into wine and hangover munchies. Hopefully this will limit the damage lol Fingers crossed you get a whoosh very soon :) xx
 
Thank you! Finished today on 476kcals, tae bo'd twice and loads of greeeeeeen tea! Feeling less bloated so fingers crossed ill get a whoosh tomorrow :) 12/30day challenge complete :) xxx

1ww chicken noodle soup and quavers and perfectly still summer fruits water = 145kcals
1 Boullion and 1 slice ww bread and pk salt n vinegar snack a jacks = 172kcals

9st 9.3/4lbs :) little whoosh arrived.. At 9st 8lbs ill have lost 4st since end of December! What a good feeling! Xxx thanks emmster! Xxx
