Hi every one I did Exante twice a couple of years ago. I only got to second week though. I had terrible mood swings and missed not eating any thing at all. Last week I started my fitness pal and lost 8 lbs. I really need to loose it quickly. So I decided to give Exante another go but this time shakes , bars and food pouches , so I am eating albeit small amounts.
this morning I had my creamy coconut shake . I made it in my nutri bullet with ice. It is so much better in a bullet than with my hand blender. I was ok till 11-30 started to get the hunger pangs. Opened bottle of sparkling water had that. Lunch was raspberry and white chocolate bar which wS quiet nice, followed by a coffee and coke zero.
by 4 pm I am starving ( I been doing lots of house work today) so I had a peanut butter bar and another coke zero( I know we only meant to have one but it is that of food). The bar was very nice I actually really liked it.
i also have a colour change ( albeit only the first one along) on my ketone sticks. I was on low sugar diet last week which is why I think the change happened so quickly.
i have some drinks powders coming tomorrow.my plan is to do this for a week and see how I go. I would love to stick with it but I also know how crap I felt last time. If I could loss a stone this week I'd be happy. I'd love to stay on it for longer but I want to keep my expectations real for me.
