Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - mullerlight/1/2 banana
Supper - Chicken, baked roast pots, broccoli, sprouts, carrots, gravy - mullerlight
He A - Milk
He B - oats
Syns - frys turkish delight 9, gravy 2, protein powder 3 = 14
Fruit - banana, grapes
 
Yes 9 syns, ok occasionally, didn't last long enough!
I'm not keen on the TD muller, I got an after dinner mint one today, with choc sprinkles - yum :)
 
Week 2 - Day 14 - EE

Breakfast - nothing.
Lunch - mugshot, mullerlight, 1/2 banana
Supper - protein shake, oats, 1/2 banana
He A - milk
He B - oats
Syns - freddo 5, 2 snack a jack 5 = 10
Fruit - grapes, nectarine, banana

2nd Weigh day tomorrow :fingerscrossed:
 
Week 3 - Weigh day - lost 2lb

Another 2lb off, so 4lb in 2 weeks - good motivation.

Breakfast - protein shake, oats, 1/2 banana
Lunch - mullerlight, 1/2 banana
Supper - chicken, boiled pots, carrots, cauli, gravy

He B - oats, alpen light
Syns - freddo 5, 2 snackajack 5, protein powder 3, gravy 2 = 15
Fruit - satsuma, grapes

Hi Zafira, no I syn the protein powder.
I am trying to follow another program, to help with depression. There is a book called potatoes not prozac, and an online community that helps people to try to eliminate sugar from their diet. I am only on step 1, out of 7 I think. Breakfast must have protein, and eventually when you work the steps, sugar is gone :eek:
I want to heal as I eat, and think the program can be worked into SW.
