Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

That's beautiful Destamia. It really makes you think of others less fortunate than ourselves. :( sometimes u can get wrapped up in our own little worlds.
I slept all day today, I was woke up for work. Thankfully I had my 3 shakes and water whilst working (am drinking my last shake now :), that's me finished for today.). I still have another 5 hrs of work. I went for a bit of a walk this evening, thought I would do a lap of the block. :) hopefully it's the first of many. Sweet dreams xxx

Well done Hez on your walk, I know its so hard to start. Not the walk or work-out itself , when you already doing it, its fine. But the get up and start is hard. Specially when you have so little time off and working every single day. You must be very proud of yourself. Hug

Day 6 for me. Had late morning and had left overs from yesterday for breakfast. Couscous, eggs, beans, cottage cheese , 1 tlbs mayo (1 syn) and an yogurt (3syns). Keloggs K bar as (he)

Today I went to market. Our fridge ia empty of veggies and fruits. Had last 3
apples last night. So it means market for
me. Im still not use to how many fresh things you can buy with so little money. I spent 13£ today on market and i got around 15-17kg stuff. I think that is one reason why here I feel more confident about me losing all the extra weight.
So what did i get
1 big watermelon
2 pot of natural yogurt
Apricots
Bananas
Apples
Oranges
Cucumbers
Celery
Tomato
Sweet peppers
Mushrooms
Carrots

We having a bbq today. Weather is nice and we will be grilling in our back yard. Got all those lovely veggies to put on grill to. Will make lean beef burgers without bread and have stuffed peppers and stuffed mushroom with sw pot chips on side.
Im not sun person but today will get myself into sun protector cream and spend few hours outside. Hope I wont burn myself as usually happens. Just my skin is so white and sensitive to sun I can burn in hour. Got my 55 baby protection cream and waiting for nice day :)

Bbq was so nice - Im in back yard, reading latest sw magazine and eating my ice cream (8 syns)

Lol, few house from us have kids party or something. Kids from different ages but by the voices 9- 13/14 maybe. They have trampoline next to our garden and just overhead them speaking and jumping. There were one boy maybe 9-10 years old. Girl. Not sure how old but i think 13 at least and one more boy hes older 13/14 as hes voice is already low. So those kid are speaking about -mastubration. Strange - we didnt speak about things like that. And then man called " how wants burger " - lol, everyone are screaming like then eat last time - hhmm. Never :)

It quiet now and we can enjoy the fresh air and sun.

Food looks scrumptious, she says whilst drinking her strawberry shake lol glad your enjoying the sun, we have no sun today. Its very warm, but dark, very thundery looking.
Kids eh!!! Mad to grow up, their childhood doesn't last very long anymore. :( i suppose thats tv/internet for you :) x
 
Hez , I would like strawberry shake now and then =) I bet its gonna rain tonight when ints warm , dark and thundering - I love summer rain. When its warm and rains I go for walk , listening music , smell of fresh air- summer best moments ;)

we had really bad thunder and lightening, id say we will have a repeat of it today. It lasted for hours.

Hi Hez , we had rain at night too, oh I loved it. Slept like a baby. Just woke up once to drink and saw raid put my back to sleep and made me happy. I dont know why but there is something in rain and thunder that makes me so relaxed and happy and I always seep very well and are full rested to next day.

So today is my last day of this week to be on plan and get my weigh going down again. Its not so hard to keep my long fingers away from sweets anymore but I think yesterday bbq ruined my weigh loss for this week. I had gained 2 lbs yesterday. I think its potatoes. Honest. Its not fist time I notice that when I have sw potatoes chips or mugshots I gain next day. And takes days to get it off again.
Everything was under control yesterday and I cant see any other reason why I gained. :) anyway not upset about it. I know If I will be good today I still will do good tomorrow in my sw meeting. Fingers crossed. :)

Day7 breakfast

I had this morning - coffee, beans, tomato-cucumber yogurt salad, fried mushrooms, peppers and onions, crispbread with softcheese (he) with one carrot- beef burger on top. And watermelon as fruit.
All together 3 syns.

Now all I need to do is be good at work and I'll be fine :)

Had nice long talk to my sister last night. She lives in Norway and im in UK. We saw last time year ago in my wedding. She knows that after moving to UK I have manage to lose weight and that im work out too. She started to work out aswell and wants to lose some weight, but as she dont want to be on diet ( it stresses her) her weight havent really moved much. Plus she have medical thing. Her arm and shoulder hurt so much that she cant even rise her arm. Doc cannot help her. They give her some work-outs to do, as pain comes from low back muscular or something like this. She did good but over did it and then stop at all. Yesterday I told her to join me in my kettlebell work-out. As its light and no pressure to her arm. And she agreed :) even found something in her house that looks like KB and weight s 1 kg. perfect for her. So that what we were doing today :D one in norway and other in uk. KB swings and feeling very proud of her and myself. Hope we can keep doing it and her back gets stronger and arm heals.
Have you thought of KB work-out Hez ? It takes 30 min, easy and really makes you sweat. Can do at home and dont need lot of free space.

Wish we all could have someone dear to us who supports and understand. My hubby is by my side and supports but hes a man. When I got new dress and asked how does it look. He said "it fits " -
Lol, best I could get out of him. Want more :)

Evening. Thank you Hez, its nice to hear that you like how my food looks like. I dont think its so great but I'll try to eat different things and still stay 8£ a day budget. :)

Now the not so good part :p I was naughty tonight. Got to work after 2 days off and glad to hear that we got 5/5 from healthy inspector but annoying to see mess in my section and white chocolate from dry store keep calling me. Lol
I think I had 50g

For tea I made mushroom and ham spaghetti with tikka masala paste (5 syns) and little pit of 2cream(7syns) Boy it was good. :D

So without chocolate I would even stay at my syn rate… well, no worries. Mis sitasti see uuesti :) means : what turns out **** must be done again. Or close to it - tomorrow is new day and I start new week :)

About KB - I will like you nice challenge we have going on here. I have to say I love KB. Its so easy and yet it works all body. I first got myself KB when I read about lady who had lose skin on her arms and she took up KB to tone her arms and new she have nice and trim arms. After this I stared to read more about it and week later got myself a KB. Sadly I forgot my work-out for two weeks and glad girls here started new challenge. Im happy to take part of it.

For you I wish quiet and fast day/evening/night at work and plenty to rest after. Will report tomorrow how I did on scale.

DO you feel better/lighter/healthier already?

I've lost about 50lbs but to be honest I still can't see a difference!
 
Morning morning - 3,5 lbs off. Takes me to 30,2 kg total. :D happy
Well done. And there was you thinking your bbq had sabogated your diet lol see you can diet and socialise. Im really happy for you :) xxx

Hey Heylyla =) how nice to see you here and thank you for kind words. To answer your question - Yes I do feel all those things, better/lighter/healthier plus I feel sexy and very doable, lol. honest to god I do look my reflection from every window Im passing and I think I look great. Lot to do with what cloths I wear but I always try to wear outfits that go with my figure.
Do you have photo of yourself when you just started ? or some item you wear before you started? This can really boost your confidence and give you the extra tic you need to get out of 18,5 zone =) (I wish I would be at that zone ) When I saw difference in photo after I had lost 2,5 stones I was amazed. I do try to take photos with same pose and same outfit so I could really get to see all the changes. I even have my underwear photos made every month. Just to keep me going. Doing all that and still I started to slip too- thats why I keep posting my food pic here, to keep me motivated and count my syns and now when there is Hez who supports me every single day :bighug:I just have to keep working even harder and get my arse slim down :)
You too hun can get out of this zone and give yourself a boost . Find some photos or old dress or trousers , make photo of them and look every inch of that photo , see how beautiful you are and how far you have come. And let us know - how you doing =)
I can see your diet is calorie counting - how does that work ? I remember to try once - 5 years ago with some pills to do low calorie diet , but all I lost was my hear and eyelashes :( Good news is my hear is growing back now , yeye - win win win

So this is the KB challenge I was speaking about. Its really amazing - today I did 500 swings as after I had to get to my personal training class. And you know what - I run there , I put my sport tracker app to work to see how long I can run and what is the distance and I got 0.94 km ( wow !! ) 8, 28 min - all WITHOUT stopping. Me , I run after 30 min KB swings and then had 1 hour personal training on top . I got so much better now , I feel the strength in me. Can I really do it and lose all that weight and get fit ? OFC I can , and if I can , then everybody else can do - and you my lovely Hez will do it too .
so , check out the KB thing, maybe its something you would feel comfortable with and who knows, maybe you will even join our little KB challenge =)
 
Day 1
This week our consultant have asked us to take one challenge for week to boost our weight loss and I have made chose to try and plan my meals for week. Have no idea how this will turn out as I m very bad with planing food, I always change my mind- so this will be real challenge for me.
Here we go - had all the left overs from other day as my lunch and will see how we go with rest of the meals =)

Today I had -
sushi from tesco - 1,5 syn ) i should make my own , honest but so far I have been too way too lazy - maybe Ill put into plan ? )
coffee- 2 syns
sty fry, couscouse stuffed peppers, beef and carrot burger with horseradish ( 1 syn) , fat free natural yogurt, crisp bread with soft cheese as (he) and watermelon
all together 4,5 syns

And so we start - now its time to me to run to work and feed all the hungry people there =) will see you all soon , have a great weekend and maybe we will manage to find sun too =)
 
Afternnon destamia :) as per usual food looks good and probably tastes even better (she says licking her lips)lol as u have been set a challenge, i too will do a challenge. I will walk to the end of my road and back, and shave time off the exercise every day i do it. Thats my challenge, remember i havent really started excercising yet. And i live in the country so the end of the road is 1/2 mile away. So thats one mile per day!!. Heres to another great day/weekend for us. Keep up the good work! :) xxx must dash and do my walk lol before i head to work. x
 
Walk done :) wasnt a 1/4 into it when i was huffing and puffing lol kept with it. It took me 19 mins 34 seconds. My feet are like lead weights, im sweating buckets (it was hot out too) but im glad i did it xxx
 
Hey Hez. Well done. Aah Im so happy for you. Im from country with cows and sheep's and all this stuff :p The walk in fresh air is best there is. Keep it up girl. Keep it up xx
 
So planing, planing, planing.…
I failed on very first day. Lol
Not my fault and I did the best I could but its outside-the-plan-curry-night for me. Plus side is that I made curry myself and I know how much oil I used and how much 2cream. So not so bad after all

Rice -free
Veggie curry - 5
Chicken tikka masala -5
Strawberries -free

All together 10 syns

Honest I dont think I have stuff for 10 syns in my plate but better to be safe then sorry :) nb! Tastes good :)
