Yesterdays 26625 steps 11.09 miles. Did do 25 10 second planks too.
Todays 25012 steps 10.53 miles, and week 5 of C25K and 5 repetitions of 20 squats throughout the day.

can honestly say I enjoy walking but trying to fit it over 10000 steps is a challenge, especially when i'm not at work.

Yesterday 8770 not too bad - didn't manage a walk last night though as OH was feeling unwell, hopefully manage one tonight if the weather stays fine.

So I am re-thinking my exercises and going to walk for 20mins each lunchtime and 30mins each evening, as I haven't seen any losses with the interval training for a few wks but last week I have been out most days and lost 2 and 3/4lbs this wk. so think that I will do more walking, and just to the stomach exercises instead for the next 2 wks and see how that goes.

Hi mate. Ive just not been in the zone so havent been using the pedometer however i still walk kids to sch everyday so that works out at 5ish miles.

I have managed to hit my target every day last week apart from Saturday, and I'm really enjoying the extra walking too!!

Ive finally got my head in the zone! 2 weeks til my hols, so its damage limitation time. Ive stuck my pedometer on and walked 21671 steps 9.02miles today. Very pleased with that. :cool: x
