Hi, just want to say how delicious your food sounds for the day! And well done for staying off the scales, i'm thinking of trying a 21 day no scale challenge from Saturday until the 1st March. How lovely would it be to see a 3lb loss rather than 1lb at a time.
 
Mfp says 1580cal a day so weekly total is 11,060cal
As long as I stay under that its okay!

I usually try and aim between 9000-1000 per week, but I don't always count every bite, so could be going over so hence why weight loss as been slow, but I'm going just divide 9000 by 7 and stick with it for next fortnight, wi on monthly basis sounds so much better x

At the moment I really never want to look play the scales again! I just want to feel smaller and like iv lost weight!
 
Well yesterday... Ended at 1489cal... And then ate 3 pancakes and icecream! :/

I didn't count it but it's okay as to keep to my average for the week I can have 1969cal a day now, so going to try and keep under 1750 a day to cover the pancakes.
 
God I'm rubbish at this this year!!

Trying again! Just aiming to cut portion sizes and make better choices!
 
I read someone's diary on here and they did photo diary, said it helped them in portion size etc so think I might try that!
