Hi
Ok here goes
I started on 13th may
Breakfast
2 croissants(thought they would be my last ones)
dinner
whole chicken skin off
tea
jacket with 2 laughin cow light hea
1 alpen light heb
bunch grapes
plus 10 minstrels oops
14 may
breakfast
2 quorn sausage,2 toms,grilled bacon x 3 fat off 1/2 tin beans
dinner
3 pagan roll with 5 laughin cow light cheese triangles hea,heb
tea
homemade spag bol,extra lean mince,peppers,celery,mushrooms,passata,
bovril cube
egg tagliatelle
snacks: grapes
syns :1 ww dessert yog,4 vodka's n diet coke
Does that seem ok? And am i doing it right,finding it a bit confusing lol
