spinach and mushroom 2 egg omelette

Diet Coke chicken with boiled potatoes and baby corn
snacks
hi fi bar (3syns).
I also picked a lot at my kids food throughout the day so I used all my syns I would say!!
 
breakfast
2 wholemeal toast (hexB)
spinach, mushrooms and poached egg, 2 bacon medallions
lunch
hexA Alpro chocolate coconut milk and an apple very small amount of left over Diet Coke chicken - not sure why I bothered saving it

dinner

turkey mince with medditerranian veg and cauli rice

snacks
later I will have some strawberries and raspberries with a muller light and crushed meringue on top (2 syns) I will also have a choc Orange hifi bar (3syns)

bacon , mushrooms, scrambled egg wholemeal toast (hexB) with spread (2 syns)

lunch

Apple and pear

dinner

quorn sausages, boiled new potatoes and green beans with some gravy (3 syns)

not much speed food today, I really need to go shopping!!!
 
not been very good at keeping a diary lately!

this morning I had boiled egg and my hexB toast with marmite and some butter (I have no idea how much tbh but it wasn't loads I counted it as 5 syns but I am very much overestimating!!)
lunch I had a pear and a banana as I was out all day

dinner I had an Iceland slimming world chicken thing with tomato sauce and I had it with green beans

then a muller light with strawberries

I also had a mini milk (1.5 syns) and an Oreo (2.5 syns) xx
 
not remembered to update this for a while! so- today's food:

hea-175ml whole milk
heB - 2 hifi light choc Orange

breakfast-
scrambled egg, mushrooms and bacon

lunch-muller light and fruit

dinner- sw chips, SW chilli and coriander burger, mushrooms, onion, salad

not drinking enough water and really must start making more of an effort!
