40g chedder 5pp weeklies
lemon cheesecake muller 2pp weeklies

SUPPER
2 CRUMPETS FREEEEEEEEEE
2pp worth of cheese...... yummy
oooo forgot...2 crab sticks freeeeee
 
Food sounds yummy! Still haven't tried a filling and healthy day. Think I'm too scared ill pig out! Might give it a go next week though :)
 
Wow! That's an awesome breakfast. I was looking at the list and I could have bacon medallions, eggs, mushroom and tomatoes all free and as many as id like! (I like to have protein for my brekkie)
