Tikka masala sauce (syn free SW recipe)

Peas and mushrooms
Brown basmati rice

Snack
Carrots and low fat hummus 5

Bit disappointed to not stay in my syns allowance, hadn't cooked using that recipe before and it was kinda bland so I felt like a little treat snack after!
