OK been at this pro points thing for 4 weeks now and decided it's time to start a diary..
I'm a mom of 2 who has been carrying around an extra stone for 8 years!!! After my mom died 2 years ago it crept up lb by lb until I finally decided to do something about it
4weeks into ww I have lost 8lbs .
Finding it tough at times but never hungry and enjoying trying out new recipes , which I would love to share here
TODAY
bfast: yoghurt berries and kiwi. 2 pp
1/2 bagel and peanut butter.6pp
