New on here doing ww(exsmoker)

So today I had
Weetavix 6 points

Tayto salt and vinegar diet coke apple 4 points

Dinner 2 brown bread 2 eggs. Ww butter 9 points, didn't eat all me points today but I'm full and bloated thou! Anyway done over a 6k walk no jog this morning thou back into it tomoro.
 
So today I had to buy my food out as I need to get another shop in!!

I had this bacon and cheese panini thing 11 points plus a fruit salad.

I'm off tomoro yayy so I will give the cooking another try I seen another recipe from skinny ginas website( everything is pointed so it's brill) that I want to try and maybe just maybe I might try a bake a cake! If I can find the proper ingredients. Jog done this morning and walk will be done later, my sister in law is not into her 4 th silver seven I'm so delighted for her, she got an award an all, she goes to meetings. So hoping to lose another 6 lb in the next couple of weeks which will take me to 1 1/2 stone loss yayy.

Pointing until I feel 100% better with my bad back etc,been abit wiped out last few days so gonna chill abit!

So today I wasn't really pointing anything as my daughter got her junior cert results today so I was preoccupied she got 11 honours in 11 higher subjects!! One proud mammy, little brainbox! So I made her a ww meal from that skinny taste website!! Omg it was gorgous. I'm getting good at this cooking stuff, here's the pic although the pic does it no justice everything homemade except for the pasta (come on now as if) lol oh and also a pic of my lunch, soup plus sambo on GI bread!! Gorgous. Plus I had some mini chocolate treats too. Now

Food looks delish! I've never made pasta either!

Than done an hours walk not at a fast pace thou, but still my iPhone app says I burned near 300 cals plus 205 on the jog earlier, so I'm going to try aim to do this as often as possible,
Oh and loving the Iwatcher app for iPhone its perfect for weight watchers.

Hi it's an app for the iPhone called Iwatcher, it's tracks my points I just have to glance at my phone and see how many points I have left plus it works out all my points in food for me. Plus it saves your fav food for you with there points value. And it's a diary since I started dieting good if you had a bad week you can go back over that week and have a look at where you went wrong. Although my sister couldn't find it on her phone when she was searching for it for some reason!! will put a pic up so you can see what I mean.

Obv that's food from this morning I didn't update it with the rest of today's food cause it would say 0 points left lol

I use the app called ultimate value diary which sounds very similar xx

Yeah i use that too, find it great.

My friend just pays ww to use the Internet side of Ww, think its 6.99 x
 
Today's food, I'm lazy can't be bothered to write it down so just took a pic lol, in work till 9.30 total points used by then will be 24. So with the remaining I might make scrambled eggs later with tomatos and mushrooms using extra egg whites.
25 min jog done this morning.
Hopefully a 5k walk later too.
