Thanks daisy I'm just looking for the energy to get up and go for my jog!! OH wants to bring me for breakky!! I'm working straight tru till next wed after today so thinking I might go and just point everything! :)

So today was all over the place! Anyways this is what I did and ate.

Breakfast, grilled chicken salad from KFC, horrible but I was starving!

Shared a bag of chipper chips with OH swear it was more 70-30 in his favour lol plus had a ham salad subway!

But I did manage to make this weight watcher recipe its parmigianno breaded chicken with balsamic tomatos and arugula leaves, delish plus made lemon cous cous, think I'm only brilliant! Didn't point everything today and was all over the place but so happy I actually cooked something from scratch!! Lol
Plus done 25 min jog this morning and a 50 min walk in the evening!

Today's food
20 min jog this morning, and hopefully 50 min or more walk later
Breakfast weetavix. 6 points

Lunch. Mini milky bar, monster munch diet coke , apple. 4 points plus grabbed a handful of chips!!! I didn't even mean too!! 4

Dinner dry chicken chow mein. 10 points so far!!!
 
So I got the scales it says
10 stone 13 lb so I know I got on Last sat and it said 10 11lb but I do think this was to do with the bath load of alcohol I had. So instead of getting depressed about it I'm just Gona be glad I'm still under 11 and hopefully I can get the 2 lb off this week. Anyway this morning jog done.
