Hi! I am 57 years old and weigh 13 stone, I am 5'3" tall and I would love to lose weight for my daughters wedding in august, I would hate to be a fat mother of the Bride! I have been on many diets in the past and I KNOW what to eat, but this time I am really struggling to shift from 13 stone!
A typical day is:
Breakfast: FF Yoghurt and fruit or porridge with water and a banana
snack fat free yoghurt and fruit
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes) with 3 slices ham, boiled egg, tuna and sweetcorn 1tbsn low fat salad cream
Snack banana/blueberries
Dinner: Extra lean mince with pasta or pots and veg.
Eton mess with quark or ff fromage frais. Or SW rice pudding made with water.
I work full time and care for my widowed mum, so dont get a lot of time to cook. I take a pack up to work so it has to be a salad or maybe a pasta pot? Oh and I use skimmed milk allowance for tea and coffee and drink at least a litre of water daily. x
Any tips or ideas where I am going wrong please?
I really need to shift this weight pronto as I am going to buy my outfit at the end of march!! HELP!!!!
