I think I'm doing this right... Apologies if not.
joined minimins as I have just started exante. I'm on day 5, and I'm looking for support/inspiration. I've not yet managed a day where i haven't stuck to it completely yet - seems diet fizzy drinks are my weakness. I have also found myself thinking about food for what feels like every minute. I know it's going to be worth it in the long run, I'm just finding it hard.
i have a hen do on the 13th of June and so that is by goal date. I want to be down to 14st from currently 16.9st, do you think it's possible?
Any advice/guidance/success stories would be really appreciated right now.
