Nikki's diary 2014. 2 stone to lose.

Todays plan
Thursday 3rd july.

Done an hour long walk with the dog. Now gonna get stuck into some gardening.. Damage limitation for last night.

Breakie: beans on nimble toast, 2 tea and an apple.

Lunch: ham and veg omlette.

Dinner: baked sweet potato, salad, bacon n ww smoked chilli sauce 1pp.
 
Well I presume you can just ask if you can start points as feel it will suit you best I don't go to group so started straight away xx

Ok so 2moro is the start of my pp journey and i really have to stick to it as my group is closed next monday so i have 2 weeks until my next weigh in. Would love to have a really good loss! :)

Have the dentist in the morning to check on a very sore wisdom tooth :-/ then im goin into town to get my mother in law a birthday prezzie.

Goin to go through my kitchen soon and calculate my food for 2moro. Feelin very positive :)
 
Glad dentist went well and its helping already. Can't wait to see how your first pp day works out. I found it easier than simple start aswel... Depends on what you like to eat I think. :) x
 
Have been so busy today shoppin then cleanin i havent had time to b hungry yet lol.

Tuesday 8th july

Breakie:
Banana, pear and tea 1pp

Lunch:
allinson snack roll 3pp with ham and cheese 2pp.

Dinner:
Half bag of Iceland bubble n squeak 10pp
Spag hoops 3pp.

So far 19/26.

Going to asda shortly so might pick up some low pp treats. Will update later :)
