Plan:
Extra Easy

Breakfast: 35g Bran Flakes (HexB), 350 ml skimmed milk (HexA) & banana

Lunch: J.Potato with beans and salad

Afternoon snack: Mango

Dinner: Steak & S.W chips and salad. Extra light mayonnaise (1)

Syns: Pops (4) & Twix (5.5) = 10.5 syns

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal (400g loaf), two fried eggs & banana. 1tbsp flora light (0.5) & 1tbsp Asda Tomato Ketchup (1)

Lunch: 1/2 pink grapefruit followed by Linda McCartney Red Onion & Thyme sausages, smash and beans

Afternoon snack: Apple

Dinner: Chicken with SW roast potatoes, broccoli, peppers and butternut squash followed by a Raspberry & Cranberry muller light

Syns: Mars bar (11.5) = 13 syns

Plan:
Extra Easy

Breakfast: 35g Branflakes (HexB) with raspberries and strawberries, 350ml skimmed milk (HexA)

Morning snack: Banana

Lunch: Chicken salad with 1 tbsp extra light mayo (1). A Satsuma

Afternoon snack: Apple

Dinner: Butternut squash soup followed by SW chilli, rice and broccoli

Syns: Twix (5.5) & Propercorn Lightly Salted (4) = 10.5

So yesterday I fell again! :( I'm now waiting on an appointment for an xray and off work again. Feeling so so sorry for myself but I'm still sticking to plan and working hard at the diet! The codeine may cause constipation though which is a concern :(

Lunch: SW chicken curry and frozen veg.
 
Eeeek! You need to take up a less dangerous sport ;)

Well done on sticking with SW though and fingers crossed the codeine doesn't affect you too badly.
 
Thanks guys! I couldn't get an appointment until tomorrow afternoon so we'll soon see!

Plan: Extra Easy

Breakfast:
Kiwi, strawberry, raspberry & banana. Fat free natural yogurt and 35g muesli (HexB)

Lunch: Slimming world chips, spaghetti hoops & cheese with bacon. Satsuma & a pear
Afternoon snack: Celery, butternut squash soup and 2 x brown danish bread (4)

Dinner: SW Beef curry, rice, broccoli. Orange muller light.

Supper: 2x Brown Danish bread & 1 tbsp nutella (8) = 12 syns total

Hi Sarahlou! :) I lost 2.5lbs! Hurrah! My friend brought me back a chocolate frog from the Harry Potter studios so I plan to eat some of that tonight as a bit of a treat!

Thanks guys! I'm so chuffed. I only had a leg off the frog and put it back in the fridge so I can enjoy it for a few treat nights yet. Straight back on it today! I decided to change my stats on here and reset it to when I started again after booking my holiday. That way I can forget about the past and move forward with my weight loss!

Breakfast: Banana followed by a massive slimming world fried breakfast - Bacon, Egg, Linda McCartney Red Onion & Thyme sausages, spaghetti hoops & potatoe things (like chips I guess). 350mls skimmed milk for coffee and tea (HexA)

Lunch: Leftover tuna pasta salad

Afternoon snack: Pear & Apple

Dinner: Chicken chow mein (7) with boiled rice and frozen veg

Supper: 35g Bran Flakes with strawberries

Fry up with eggs, bacon, Linda McCartney sausages, beans and mushrooms

Dinner: Steak with SW chips and salad. After Dinner Mint muller light.

Syns: Mint Viscount (3.5), Twix (5.5) & Pops (4) = 13 syns.
